Health & Safety
As an Employer under the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) it is the Company’s and the Directors’ stated intention to take all reasonable measures to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of its employees, sub contractors, the general public and any other party that may be affected by the work carried out by the Company.

In particular, the Company will endeavour to implement the following specific objectives in order to meet its obligations under the regulations:

The allocation of sufficient funds within the Company budget and management time and commitment to provide and maintain safe work environments.

The provision and maintenance of safe systems of work, safe place of work and safe access
and egress to those areas as are necessary to carry out works.

Provision of information, instruction, training (including induction of new employees) and supervision as necessary to ensure health and safety at work of all employees.

Ensuring the safety and instruction of persons in connection with handling, storage, transport and disposal of any form of material, whether used or generated as waste.

Provide items of plant and machinery that are adequate for the tasks in hand and maintained in good condition throughout the period of use.

The provision and maintenance of such welfare facilities as are appropriate for employees to work without risk to their well being.

The conducting of the business of the Company in such a way as to ensure persons not in its employment but who may be affected thereby are not exposed to risk.

To monitor safety systems that are in place, review their effectiveness from time to time and make such changes as are necessary to maintain or improve standards.

The Board of Directors has appointed Mr Richard Divan, Managing Director as having overall responsibility for health and safety throughout the Company. Mr Nick Day, Senior Contracts Director is responsible for safety on Celltarga construction sites.

All employees and subcontractors are expected to co-operate with the Company in carrying out this policy and ensure that their own work, so far as is reasonably practical, is carried out without risk to themselves or others.

The Company will endeavour to constantly improve its health and safety standards and performance, and comply with all Acts of Parliament and Regulations.

It is intended that the safety policy is made freely available for reference by any Employees, Contractors, Clients and other parties as required.

The Safety Policy will be reviewed every twelve months and any adaptations required to comply with revised legislation or current thinking will be incorporated and re-issued.

Quality Control Procedures​
Introduction

This Quality Management Policy sets out a framework for the development and implementation of a set of Quality Management Procedures to meet the requirements of the Celltarga Ltd Management System This Policy Standard is applicable to all activities undertaken by Celltarga Ltd.

The overall quality objective is to ensure that Celltarga Ltd delivers a consistently high level of service throughout our business.

Celltarga Ltd is committed to implementing appropriate quality management systems and processes to enable the delivery of the highest practicable quality project.

REQUIREMENTS

The Quality Management System
Celltarga will address the following elements:

Quality Management – We will provide a statement of quality policy defining the fundamental approach to managing quality. It will be based upon common principles which will enable the company to identify its strengths and weaknesses; provide for evaluation and provide a basis for continual improvement.

Quality Responsibility – ensures that all members of the business have clearly defined responsibilities and that individual contracts managers are responsible for the quality performance of their projects

Quality Priority – ensures that quality issues are recognised but do not take precedence over health, safety or environmental concerns, rather that the quality management system actively supports those management elements

Quality Objective – ensuring that while supporting the business service, the principal quality objective is to set the standards that will deliver a consistently high quality of work across the firm’s business activities, thus ensuring client satisfaction and continual improvement

Quality Achievement

Our Quality Control Procedure will ensure:

Competency – Staff are adequately trained, motivated and competent for the job they are trained to do

Quality Management Responsibility – A quality manager/representative is identified with organisational responsibility for the development and maintenance of quality control procedures

External Services – The selection and approval of externally provided services will be controlled by the quality management procedures, thus ensuring that the company’s health, safety and environmental culture is not compromised and staff, clients and third parties are not put at risk.
Provision of external services will be subject to regular review.
Assurance

The business aims to ensure that:

Quality Audits – are carried out internally. All audits will produce a report identifying areas of non-compliance and specifying the corrective action required.

Quality Records – are to be maintained throughout each project.

We will ensure that:

Training – Appropriate training is provided to all those operationally involved

Lesson Dissemination – Lessons arising from quality assessments are disseminated widely within the organisation at management and operational levels

This policy standard is issued under the authority of the Directors, Nicholas Day and Richard Divall.

The Contracts Managers are responsible for implementing the policy standard, monitoring its implementation in the everyday activities of their projects and reporting to the Directors

All staff are responsible for the ownership and undertaking of their quality management functions in accordance with this Policy Standard.
Environmental Awareness​
Statement

Celltarga recognises that its operations have had an effect on the local, regional and global environment and through the following policy we aim to monitor and improve our environmental performance working to minimise our effect on the environment.

Celltarga is committed to a programme of continuous improvement in environmental performance and the prevention of pollution. These programs are an integral part of the way we do business and help provide a safe and healthy environment for employees, contractors, customers and neighbour’s.

Our Policy is to meet and, where practical, exceed all relevant regulatory requirements and to minimise any adverse environmental effects caused as a result of our activities.

The Policy laid out below aims to outline Celltarga’s environmental goals, which clearly outline our commitment to environmental improvement.
