A large commercial property in London required a complete split into separate units. The project involved electrical, mechanical, project management, testing & commissioning, fabric, and handover documentation, the project was completed over a period of 12 weeks.

Our project management team was responsible for coordinating between subcontractors, client requirements and scheduling of works. Regular meetings were held to ensure that all teams were on schedule and that any issues were quickly resolved. The team worked closely with designers to ensure that the finished product was of high quality and met the needs of the tenants.

The demise split project was complex project that required the coordination of multiple teams and expertise. Finally, the handover documentation included all relevant documents and records for the project, including warranties, product literature and record issue drawings.
