The design and build office fit out works to the ground floor and second floor which included, but not limited to:

• Layout changes, 

• Internal finishes

• LED lighting

• Small power alterations

• FF&E

Challenges:

Working within a live building, the use of plant was limited on site and noisy works were restricted to the morning due to nature of the works within the building. We had to work closely with the clients and teams within the building to create the most efficient and least intrusive programme for the building.
