Celltarga were awarded a project at a 3-storey mansion, that had been transformed into an apartment complex in the early 1800s, located in Piccadilly, London.

 

We were appointed to complete a refurbishment that involved electrical, mechanical, project management, restoration works, tiling and decorations, doors, fireplaces, and handover documentation. The project was completed over the course of 16 weeks.

The works included but not limited to are:

• To strip out of existing kitchen and bathrooms and re-fit with new
• To re-instate double door between reception room and bedroom
• To provide new space heating
• To carry out redecorations throughout premises
