Challenges:

The main challenge was to deliver the works in a live securer police station.

We had to work closely with the liaison office provided to ensure clear liaison on the works areas on a monthly, weekly and daily basis so we could clearly segregate the works area from the live environment. Careful liaison maintaining the services to the retained station area was required so as not to have an issue with power, CCTV or alarm systems.

All staff required security clearance to work on the project and stringent signing in and out processes as well as Covid-19 testing was introduced during the project.
