A external and internal refurbishment of Grade II Listed building in London

The works carried out by Celltarga included the external maintenance and repair of the Grade II Listed in Mayfair, London.

 

The scope included but not limited to:

 

  • Scaffolding/Access equipment to front façade and roof

  • Leadwork

  • Roofs, Roof Coverings and Rainwater Disposal

  • Faience & Metalwork

  • Joinery/ Window Light Repairs

  • External Decorations

  • General Cleaning

  • Internal Works

  • Strip Out

 

The conservation repairs and steam clean of the faience refreshed the façade showing off the Victorian architectural features, a lead roof and roof lantern was installed to create a feature to the top floor office, whilst introducing natural light.

 

The works were carried out over a period of 18 weeks and further works to the project included a refurbishment of the 4th floor which included strip out and installation of a new kitchen, appliances, finishes and lighting
