To refurbish an empty shell unit into a communal WC and a bike store 

Brief: The project covered internal and external works to this Grade II listed iconic building.

Scope of works:

• Routing into the oak tread of the stairs throughout the store and placing nosing inserts of Wenge wood

• Installation of air conditioning

• Decorating store frontage, replacing golf leaf on the Liberty's clock

• Supply and fit new external lighting

• Making WC facilities Doc M compliant

• Carry out fire seperation work from adjacent building
