Brief: Contracted to construct a large extension & carry out significant alterations to a farm house to double living space & sleeping accommodation, including new bespoke kitchen and bathrooms. Structural elements, all oak beams.

Scope of works: Whole house alteration
and extension to enable 50% greater living accommodation throughout. Included landscaping, new build cured oak beams and brick work, M&E installation, bespoke kitchen and bathrooms etc. fully insulated property, double glazed windows and sliding door systems in wood, under floor heating, septic tank and waste water recycle system .
