Celltarga were appointed a project in King Street, London. The works involved transforming a CAT A space to a fully functional office.

 

The works consisted of modifications to the AC, strip out and reinstallation of new lighting, acoustic installation, acoustic cladding partitions, M&E Partitions and testing and commissioning at the end of the project. The works also included redecorations throughout - this included decorations to walls, windows reveals, window cills and redecorations of skirting.

Throughout the project a site manager was assigned to the full duration, this included health & safety management, subcontractor management and in charge of waste.

The project was finished with a builders clean and full handover documentation for the new occupants.
