The works were undertaken within the warehouse and the office space. The office area was formed to create an office and meeting space, marketing area, new reception and new welfare, toilets and showers, kitchen and supervisor offices and training areas.

Within the warehouse we installed circa 1,200m of 14m high racking, 1,000m of VNA and a new Autostore.

Celltarga were appointed to work under a JCT D&B 2016 contract and managed the design of all the M&E packages right through to furniture layouts obtaining client sign off at all stages to align with budget and client look and feel as well as aligning to their brand.

The works included the fit out of the offices with 40dB rate new partitions, glazed meeting rooms, new male and female toilets, with changing facilities and showers, tea points and kitchens as well as a new reception area.
