Conversion of a former merchants 18th Century warehouse to 21st Century living accommodation including new bedrooms, bespoke open plan kitchen, variety of cosmetic alterations and enhancements.

The whole property was gutted and rebuilt, including a new roof, render, windows, new bathrooms, kitchen, new electrics, heating, plumbing install. Furthermore, repairs were completed to the floorboards, joists, rafters and staircase.
