The works comprised of a comprehensive restoration to a grade listed building, to preserve historical character. This included exterior painting to refresh the building's façade. Masonry repairs were completed to maintain the integrity of the brickwork, roof repairs were achieved to prevent leaks and damage to the building.

As this is a Grade listed building, each section of the project were carefully considered so the history and character of the building were not impacted.

The project was completed over a 18 week period and full comprehensive handover was given to the client, including an operation and maintenance manual and walkaround of works.
