To refurbish and alter various elements of a office building in London

Celltarga were contracted to alter and refurbish various elements of 130 City Road. Areas refurbished include the External Envelope, the creation of a new basement washroom complex and a new contemporary reception.

Scope of works:

· Roofing

· New Edge Protection

· Brickwork restoration

· Repairs to decorative mouldings, parapet walls

· New Entrance glazing, Aluminium doorset & shop front

· Window Repairs

· Asbestos removal

· Dry wall partitioning and associated door sets

· Floor finishes

· Tiling

· Supply & Fit new W/C compartments and washroom FF&E
