The site was based within a small industrial estate formed solely of railway arches, where 2 derelict arches required full refurbishment to the exteriors and interiors.


The project involved substantial groundworks, blockwork, new electrical installation, as well as arch linings and flooring. Each arch also included the addition of a DDA WC facility and mezzanine floor.
The works included, but not limited to were:
•Demolition of existing front and rear arch in-fills
•Strip out of internal finishes and existing services
•Replacement of front and rear blockwork infills, including curved glass fan light, and installation ofarch lining system
•Installation of mezzanines to the rear half of both arches
•Installation of new 3-phase electric supply and basic landlord’s electrical supply
•Resurfacing to front yard and new palisade fencing and gate
•New DDA toilet facilities
•Electronically operated roller shutters
