Strip out of existing floor coverings, kitchenette, and cupboard to ground and mezzanine level
• Removal of existing lighting, skirting electrical trunking and multiple A/C units as per requirements
• Installation of new plasterboard bulkhead ceiling to undercroft of mezzanine for to house new A/C unit and linear grilles
• New recessed linear lights to ceiling beneath mezzanine
• New LED suspended fittings to vaulted office ceiling
• Relocation of 2no wall mounted A/C units to higher level within open office area
• Replacement of 6no failed double glazed units to Velux windows
• Installation of new complete Velux unit to cupboard area to enable roof access
• Complete redecoration throughout including window frames, cupboards, and metalwork.
• New flooring throughout
