Brief/Scope of works:
The main works carried out by Celltarga include the strip out of the existing office arrangements including office space meeting rooms toilets and kitchens.

Celltarga were then contracted to put back a new office layout comprising solid partitions glazed meeting rooms and offices, this included a new executive washrooms and tea station/kitchen.

The new reception was incorporated into the 11th floor which includes a bespoke joinery to the reception ceiling and wall made from oak and two reception pods rise and fall desks with marble tops.
​
Within the board room on the 11th floor a timber slatted wall was designed and installed to include all the audio-visual equipment.
​
The full scope included new partitions, M&E, plaster, fire doors, ceilings, power and lighting, toilets. All works were designed with the architect Cox in compliance with the output specification.

The contract was delivered on programme and budget through the Covid-19 period of 2020.
Challenges:
The main challenge was to deliver the works in a live office building maintain services to other parts of the floor and safely moving materials in and out of a live office environment. To enable this the building lifts were used out of hours for movement of bulky materials.
