Brief: Remodelling the complete rear elevation to a property on Sandbanks Poole. To ensure a top level of weatherproofing given the beachside location.
Scope of works: Strip out balcony glazing, terrace coverings, stone columns, staircases and re-instate to high specification to ensure complete weather proofing using latest techniques and materials.
