The unit was a shell fit out with capped landlords’ services and the works involved completing a
fit out of the unit to form a male, female and accessible WC and a bike store.

• Internal Walls and Floor Structures

• Doors

• Accessible WC Shower/ Wet room Fitout 

• WC Fixtures and Fittings

• Finishes 

• Cleaners Cupboard & Bike Store Fixtures and Fittings 

• Electrical Services 

• Mechanical Services 

• O&M Manual  and handover documents on completion of the project
