Celltarga transforms mezzanine floor into a modern office space and canteen area
Celltarga were appointed a warehouse refurbishment project in Dartford, the project was completed in 20 weeks and was completed in a live warehouse.
The works included but were not limited to removal of a mezzanine and new mezzanine floor, removal of roof lining and refurbishment to common areas within the warehouse.
The project included over 25 subcontractors and was carried out over a 20 week period. Due to the size of the project, consistent project management was key and communication to large supply chain was crucial to the smooth completion of the works. Health and safety is always one of the most important aspects of any project however integral aspect of this project, due to warehouse being a live working building. To enable this to be successful, health and safety visits were taken place regularly by our health and safety advisor, internal client H&S advisor and managed by the project manager/ site foreman.
