Staircases Repairs

A 4 year programme to undertake targeted repairs to existing external escape staircases on 10 buildings throughout the Chiswick Park business estate.
Due to access limitations and to minimise disruption for the client, work was undertaken via rope access, using a specialist team of abseilers to safely undertake the repairs. This included the necessary prep work to St3 / Sa2½ standards, and the application of a new C4 rated paint finish to these areas.

All work carried out in strict accordance with the clients permit and H&S requirements, as well as coordination with building tenants and FRAs.

Decking

Replacement of all external decking throughout the Chiswick Park business estate. In 2025 we will undertake the replacement of existing timber decking areas in 3 areas of the park, with the rest to following in 2026.​

Work will include the removal of redundant decking and joists supports with the installation of a new composite Millboard system, complete with subframe, necessary structural alterations, and external lighting scheme. All work to take place in view of the parks tenants within a specialist hoarding and acoustic cutting chambers to minimise noise.

Park of the work involves working on the water’s edge, where we will employ a pontoon system as a safe working platform
