Scope of works:

• Soft strip-out of ground floor area to create new controlled access main entrance, reception area and controlled entry point in to the building

• Removal of existing interior including reception, partitions, terrazzo floor, door sets, suspended ceilings, fixtures & fittings etc.

• Removal of external front façade panel windows & main entrance doors & alter to suit new entrance screen

• Supply & fit steel support framework for new bronze anodised finish aluminium clad entrance to match existing exterior consisting of: automatic sliding doors, hinged pocket doors (disabled access) all to match existing entrance

• Also supply & fit: new front elevation glazed panels with applied dot manifestation and internal glazed screen for controlled access

• New reception/work station for two persons, installation of FF&E

• New tiled floor, new suspended metal tile ceiling and re-positioned ducting for existing forced air ventilation system

• Plaster, Paint & Decorate throughout to high standard
