Brief: Working closely with Quantum Architects, Celltarga refurbished the basement of an office block at Sky HQ in Osterly to create a new shower room, complete with W/C cubicles, hand basins and changing room facility. .

• Demolition of existing tank room and associated equipment

• Preparation of all surfaces

• Damp proofing

• New dry lining & floor screed

• All M & E works – new drainage channels & lining, install all new lighting, fan units/ducting and centrally fed radiators

• New thermal block partitioning

• Floor and wall tiling

• Install new vinyl floor covering

• Paint & Decorate throughout

• Installation of FF&E

• Installation of new suspended ceiling with mineral fibre ceiling tiles

• Supply & fit lockers & benches
